Stacy is top notch! If you need to buy or sell do yourself a favor and call her. Stacy is very knowledgeable about real estate, Lending, title. One of the items I will give her 10 stars ? will be on communication. She kept us informed during the process, she guided us every step of the way. The house sold on the second day over asking price even at the current rate market. Stacy will get your house sold and will be the best representative for buying or selling!

She always responded fast, helped us get answers, and most of all made sure we completely understood every step of the process. She worked quickly and professionally to get my home on the market and with her excellent marketing, positioning of my home and negotiating skills my home was sold in two days for more than I could have imagined. You would be doing yourself a favor in hiring Stacy!!! This is my 4th time buying a home and Stacy far exceeded my expectations - everything went so smoothly and she had great suggestions which ended up helping my offer be strong! Will definitely use her again if the need arises!

10 May, 2023Stacy is a great agent. She is knowledgeable about the market place and right pricing per square feet and even with research when comparables are lacking. She is a service oriented agent who took time for professional marketing including nice beautiful photos and hands on guidance to get show room ready. Stacey is also a geniunely nice person. Unfortunately escalating interest rates paused the marketplace for both of us.

06 Mar, 2023Stacy was an amazing realtor and person. We are first time home buyers and were moving up to the Fort Worth area from Houston. Being a 4+ hour drive we really wanted to get the most out of our trip up here on a Saturday. Stacy made sure we were prepared and had chosen what houses we wanted to look at and had already scheduled everything by the time we got here. We didn’t expect to sign on a house that day but we ended up buying the very first house we looked at but not before she was able to show us all of our options. It was a wonderful experience working with her and I will highly recommend her to anyone in the area.

She definitely went above and beyond expectations when showing our home while we were on vacation and providing daily updates. We were able to enjoy our anniversary without any concern knowing Stacy was in control! Very knowledgeable in our local demographics and what are needs and wants were.
