I really enjoyed working with Aaron Jones in purchasing our condo at Okoboji. Aaron has lived in this area for years so he is very knowledgeable. I called and text him several times and he always responded very quickly. I could count on him to show me a property as soon as possible. The closing went very smoothly and Aaron had all the paper work complete when we arrived. I would highly recommend Aaron and know that we will use him again if we decided to sell or buy any property

Aaron was happy to show us homes and was patient with us throughout our decision to move. When we were finally ready to move, we house hunted more aggressively. Aaron gave us honest feedback on the houses we looked at. The final negotiation and purchase process went smoothly and we were able to get a house we absolutely love. 28 Dec, 2013 12:15 AM CSTWe saw the listing with Aaron's contact information around 9 am. We contacted him right away. We met him at noon to look at the property. We made an offer around 7 pm. We had a counter offer about 20 minutes later. We came to terms and signed online before 9 pm. It was about as smooth as could be. The property had to be divided up so it took a little while to close. But Aaron kept us informed at all times. He met us at the property on closing day. We signed the paper work. He even went out of his way to take the paper work to the courthouse. He has followed up with us a couple of times. Just to see how we are enjoying our purchase

We had found a place that we were interested in and called Aaron to see if he could show it to us. Aaron was very prompt and not only showed us that property but took us around to look at several others. Aaron would always e-mail us with new listings or let us know if anything came up that he thought would be of interest to us. He was always there to answer any questions. We loved the many offerings of lakes, amusement park, boating, great places to eat, and the friendly Iowa people. We were nearing retirement and thought just maybe we could find a place on the lake to call our own. I think it was providence that got us hooked up with Aaron Jones of REMAX and to our benefit, it proved to be the best decision we could have made. Aaron began interviewing us as to what kind of property we thought we wanted, the location we thought we wanted, and what we thought our non-negotiables were. It is interesting what we initially think and how we can change our minds as the "hunt" begins. Aaron was patient with us as we went back and forth in our thinking and even from lake to lake and price to price. He was relentless in bringing properties before us for our consideration. Living out of state and making many spur of the moment trips to Okoboji was challenging to all. Finally, Aaron got wind of a property coming up that I think he knew was what we were really looking for. It was and we quickly made the purchase.
