My husband and I are considering retiring in the Galveston area. We contacted MaGee to show us a variety of properties. MaGee was knowledgable, friendly, professional and really went out of her way considering we had advised we were simply "looking."

25 Nov, 2014I was so impressed with MaGee. She has a winning personality making her fun to be around. I presently live in Southeast Texas and would like to relocate to Galveston, Texas and that was where MaGee came in. I am presently dealing with the sale of my home. I spoke to MaGee and told her I will back in touch with her when sale is completed. Galveston is where MacGee showed me prospective homes.

29 Sep, 2014Responded quickly to inquiry and immediately started working with me on purchasing a home. We were in to see houses and found one with in the week of looking, Very knowledgeable and helpful. Was always just a phone call or text away. She was always a sweet voice to hear when my home buying anxiety was soaring. She also made sure she was on top of the negotiations with the home sellers. I have recommended her to friends and colleagues and they have said that they would recommend her as well.

As a real estate professional, she is someone who takes the time to understand what you need, provides candid guidance, negotiates and understands when it's time to walk away from the deal and look for the next one if necessary. She stays on top of things throughout the viewing, negotiating and closing processes. She also is well connected and can help you with pulling in other resources such as getting something checked out on a property. Highly recommend!

She was thorough in her research of comparable property values to allow us to assess the value of the property we were interested in purchasing. I would strongly recommend using MaGee!

12 Jul, 2014MaGee was very helpful in finding us a rent house. We had many obstacles, but she was able to help us find a home that met all of our criteria. When we got discouraged with the proccess, she never gave up and was always pleasant. She was always quick at responding by text and/or email when I had a question. Will definitely choose MaGee as my realtor in the future.
